I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Russell Goods. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software products.
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged through misuse, or altered in any way.
2. The Refund Process
Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or unauthorized modifications.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact me first by email.
Email me at support@russellgoods.buzz and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of my error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
