Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the shipping and return procedures for Russell Goods. As a solo-operated business, I am committed to providing clear, reliable, and affordable delivery options for all orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
I primarily use USPS and UPS for their reliability and coverage. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order processing period.
Continental U.S.: 3-7 business days.
Alaska & Hawaii: 7-14 business days.
International: 10-21 business days. Delivery times vary significantly by destination.
3. Shipping Fees
Continental U.S.: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.95 applies to orders under $50.
Alaska & Hawaii: A flat rate of $10.95 applies to all orders.
International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and package weight/dimensions.
4. International Orders (Important)
International customers are responsible for:
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Ensuring the ordered items comply with their country’s import regulations.
Providing an accurate phone number for customs clearance. I am not liable for packages held, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Returns & Exchanges: I accept returns and exchanges for most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me first to initiate the return and receive the correct return address.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item), I will cover the return shipping cost.
For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages
Damaged on Arrival: Please contact me immediately if your package appears damaged upon delivery.
Lost in Transit: If a tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact me so I can open a investigation with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer will incur a reshipping fee to be sent out again.
